1. Acceptance

By accessing etickway.com, the Etickway mobile app (iOS/Android), or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Etickway is an e-commerce platform for purchasing authentic digital tickets to concerts, theater, comedy, and live events in Mexico and internationally. We act as an intermediary between you and authorized promoters or sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You confirm that information provided is accurate.

4. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes per event.
Prices may change without notice until your order is confirmed.
Confirmation is sent by email after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or sold-out inventory.

5. Digital tickets

Delivery is digital only. You are responsible for presenting a valid ticket (QR, barcode, or PDF) at the venue. Do not duplicate or resell tickets without promoter authorization.

6. Authenticity guarantee

We guarantee 100% authentic tickets. If you cannot access an event due to an invalid ticket that is our responsibility, we will refund or replace it. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy and event-specific conditions apply.

8. Mobile app

App use is also subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. Etickway is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

The Etickway brand, logos, site design, and original content are protected. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Etickway is not liable for date changes, cancellations, weather, or modifications by the event promoter, though we will facilitate refunds when legally required.
