Etickway does not perform physical shipping. All tickets are delivered instantly and digitally after payment.

2. Delivery methods

• Email: PDF or link with QR code to your registered email.
• Etickway app: available under "My Tickets" (iOS and Android).
• Apple Wallet / Google Wallet: add from the app with one tap.

3. Delivery time

Typically 1 to 15 minutes. During high-demand events it may take up to 30 minutes.

4. Shipping costs

There are no shipping fees. Digital delivery is included in your purchase.

5. International access

You can purchase from any country. Tickets are delivered digitally regardless of location.

6. Delivery issues

If you do not receive tickets, check spam, verify your order email, or write to info@etickway.com with your order number.

7. Technical requirements

You need a smartphone or device with a screen to display the QR code at entry. We recommend sufficient battery and internet to download tickets before the event.
