At Etickway we guarantee that every ticket is 100% authentic. We work only with verified inventory from authorized promoters and trusted sellers.

Verification process

• Inventory source validation before listing.
• Duplicate and unique QR code checks.
• Manual review for high-demand events.
• Post-sale access incident monitoring.

If something goes wrong

If your tickets are not accepted at entry because they are invalid or duplicated due to Etickway:

• 100% refund of the amount paid, or
• Equivalent or better replacement tickets if available.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if you arrive late, transfer tickets without authorization, or access is denied due to insufficient ID per venue policy.
