Refund policy

1. Digital tickets only

All Etickway tickets are 100% digital. We do not ship physical tickets by mail.

2. Delivery

  • Tickets are emailed within 1-15 minutes after payment confirmation.
  • Tickets also appear in the Etickway app under "My Tickets".
  • You may add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  • If not received within 30 minutes, check spam or contact info@etickway.com.

3. Refunds for cancelled events

If the promoter cancels an event, we process an automatic refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Rescheduled events

Your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us within 14 days to review options per promoter policy.

5. Change of mind

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event, no refunds apply for change of mind once purchase is confirmed, due to the time-sensitive nature of live event tickets.

6. Invalid tickets

If your tickets are not accepted at entry due to Etickway's fault, we refund 100% or provide equivalent tickets.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@etickway.com with: order number, event name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 48 business hours.

8. Refund methods

Refunds go to the original payment method. OXXO Pay and bank transfers may take up to 15 business days.
